As a Sales Manager at PaXdom Realty, you’ll lead the client-facing sales function—handling leads, conducting site visits, building trust, and closing deals. You’ll play a key role in scaling revenue while guiding junior agents.
đź§ Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert inbound and referred leads (pre-generated)
Conduct property presentations and site visits
Understand customer needs and recommend the right project
Negotiate and close deals with clients and developers
Maintain CRM updates and post-sales coordination
Mentor and support field agents to improve performance
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
Requirements
2–8 years of real estate sales experience (residential preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to close high-ticket deals
Knowledge of Bangalore micro-markets (Sarjapur, Bagalur, Whitefield, etc.)
Comfortable with on-field client meetings and site visits
RERA registration (preferred but not mandatory)
